Last July 2007 we took the opportunity to spend a wonderful visit at Brassfield Estate's High Serenity Ranch.
 We started with a dip in the pool, a short nap, then a tour of High Serenity Ranch given by our gracious host, Cielo. We even got to tour the caves that were still being built. This was then followed by one of our most memorable dinner experiences. Each of their wines was perfectly paired by Chef John with each course. Absolutely delicious! From this picture here you can see how absolutely exquisite the area is. And thanks to the volcanic soil, it's a premium location for the birth of their beautiful wines.
