If you made a credit card purchase at Vinatero on Tuesday, December 18th, then your credit card transaction was never recorded.
Yes, we have all the signed slips, but no card information was collected for us to submit for payment due to a computer malfunction.
This means that unless these customers call us or come in the shop with their actual credit card information, then we essentially gave away free merchandise.
It's been an incredible Holiday Season so far and we have no doubt that our customers will come through. So, please check your receipts or call that friend that was with you on December 18th.
Maybe it will be just like that last scene in "It's a Wonderful Life" in which all the customers come together and literally throw money in to save the business. We're just kidding about that one! Actually we're doing extremely well, thanks to you! And we plan to continue on this successful path for a very long time.
