As some of you already know, we had the opportunity to go on an amazing wine tasting vacation this past July.  One of the biggest highlights of our trip was our visit to Brassfield High Serenity Brassfield High Serenity RanchRanch.  We were the only two guests for the evening and were treated as the ultimate VIP's by their exemplary staff.   We were greeted by smiling faces and a couple glasses of their gorgeous Serenity wine.  It was the perfect beginning to our stay there.  
 
We started with a dip in the pool, a short nap, then a tour of High Serenity Ranch given by our gracious host, Cielo. We even got to tour the caves that are still being built.  This was then Brassfield Winesfollowed by one of our most memorable dinner experiences.  Each of their wines was perfectly paired by Chef John with each course.  Absolutely delicious.
