 The GOSSET charter of excellence, recognized for centuries, is the origin of the prestige and the distinction of GOSSET champagne across the world. With this charter, GOSSET undertakes to respect the fundamental values and traditions of perfection:
 The harvest promised to Gosset is perfectly healthy and hand picked. It comprises the only three grape varieties authorised in Champagne, with a majority proportion of Pinot Noir.
Only the first presses are used in making GOSSET champagne.
The first fermentation is never followed by a malolactic fermentation, which ensures GOSSET champagne can be kept for longer.
GOSSET wines that use the best villages of the Marne region (Grands Crus and Premiers Crus) with a level is a classification of 95% on the official Cru scale.
Hand riddling is still used by GOSSET and preceeds traditional disgorgement (removal of sediment).
Before being shipped out, GOSSET champagne remains in the calm and fresh atmosphere of GOSSET cellars.
