Greetings!
The December issue of our newsletter wraps up the 2011 calendar year for us at GMP Performance. We want to thank all our supporters for a great year. Our installation shop has expanded and with our newly designed gallery, we can now feature the builds like never before. The industry is also starting to rebound across the US and our online sales and dealer network both continue to grow. This year also marked our return to club racing and we brought home Rookie of the year honors as well as the class championship. We are closing the year with great momentum and look forward to a promising 2012. Thank you all again for the opportunities to have given us and we wish you a happy and safe holiday season.
Sincerely,
The Team @ GMP |

BMW X6 Widebody Conversion Project Completed

The BMW X6 is a unique vehicle off the showroom floor and their owners enjoy owning an automobile that attracts attention. For the owner of this space grey X6, BMW didn't go far enough and had his X6 shipped here from California for us to perform a widebody conversion and a custom set of wheels. The Hamann Tycoon Evo aero enhancement package was grafted to the body of this X6 and the entire car was repainted. During the paint process, we added a matte black roofline and subtle accents around the body to contrast the finish. ADV1 ADV05 Wheels fill the extended fender wells and were machined and finished in a smoke-clear charcoal clearcoat over a brushed center. The inner barrels and outer lips were painted a satin black to match the roof and exterior painted accents. The front wheel specs are 22x11, wrapped in 295x30x22 Continental Cross Contact UHP tires, while staggered rear is a 22x12 with a 335x25x22. The suspension was upgraded with a set of H&R Lowering springs that dropped the front 2.0 inches and the rear 1.5 inches. With a new aggressive stance and large contact patch, we turned to Brembo to improve the vehicles stopping power with a matching front and rear Gran Turismo Big Brake Kit. The front kit consists of a 6-Piston Caliper with 2-piece 16 inch floating rotor and the rear kit utlizes a 4-Piston Caliper with a 15 inch floating rotor. This stunning BMW X6 is now back home with it's owner in California. Take a look at the images taken during the build in our vehicle gallery on our site and let us know if you have any questions.

Audi S3 Racing takes home the 2011 Championship!
The 2011 season finale was held at Road Atlanta in Braselton, GA and we were determined to give the last race of the season our best effort. Leading up to the race weekend, we successfully rewired the car and had the exterior refinished from the engine fire in late October. We did decide that the car needed a little attitude going into the last race so we painted the front bumper with a vintage bomber look. All the late nights and sheer determination paid off as we were crowned the series champion for NASA-SE GTS3 class and also took home rookie of the year. A big thanks goes out to the team, and especially their families, for their support as well as all our fans. In addition, without the support of our team partners, we could not have made it through the season. Local Installation Gallery Updates

2010 Audi A4 lowered with H&R Street Performance coilovers. 20" BBS CH-R wheels were added wrapped in a set of Continental DWS tires.
2008 Audi S5 received an APR supercharger that added 141hp at the wheels! A new clutch and set of stainless steel lines completed the upgrades and a complete top-end engine cleaning made sure the car was running strong.
2011 Matte Grey Mercedes E63 receives a Passport 9500ci radar package with custom installl and a custom fabricated X-Pipe. The Audi A4 receives a welcome seat upgrade with a set of Recaro Topline XL's. Our custom installl added the factory power seat sliders for an OEM fitment.
A black BMW 7-Series is always hot but tint the windows, lower it with H&R springs, add a Hamann kit and a set of 22" Modulare Wheels & Michelin tires and we have stepped it up. A classic Porsche receives a set of custom-made HRE 560 wheels to fill out its wide-body flared fenders.
