 The new year is here and off to a crazy start! We have been busy forging new partnerships and many new products have been added to the site.
So busy in fact, that the January news is going out now, and February is right around the corner! Look for the February News near Valentine's Day.
Also for the new year, we are open Monday to Friday; starting at 8am and going until 6p and the first Saturday of the month from 10a to 2p to assist with any inquiries.

At GMP Performance, we enjoy car shows, track events and pretty much anything that has to do with the European automobile. We will be attending/participating in the following events and offer everyone to join along.
THAWOUT - Saturday/Sunday, May 2nd/3rd 2009 will be THAWOUT.
THAWOUT is a spring event weekend with a show and open house on Saturday and trackday on Sunday that gives everyone a chance to clean-up and show-off their cars after the winter. This is our open house get together event that we invite vendors, clients, friends and family.
For Saturday's event, vehicles will be parked by Make (Audi, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes, Porsche, Volvo, VW and Various) and people's choice awards will be presented to crowd favorite in each make. This is a casual format and everyone who is registered for THAWOUT will be eligible to be voted on.
The event is held at GMP Performance at 710 Pressley Pressley Road.
Sunday's track event will be at Carolinas Motorsports Park and we have partnered with Nasa Racing for a drivers education track day. Each participant will get 3-4 20 minute track sessions and those with minimal track experience will be provided an instructor and classroom time.
Registration is open for the show and track signup and closes April 17th, 2009. Show registration includes a voter ballot, goodie bag with sponsor coupons, lunch ticket, event T-Shirt and a raffle ticket for items and services donated by vendors. Please state your shirt size when ordering.
The event is free to attend and all ages are welcome. Participants can register the day of the show and registration includes a voter ballot, lunch and raffle ticket.

Submit your best design and we will choose a winner to print on this years THAWOUT shirts! Designs must be a one or two color front and/or back design and include; THAWOUT 2009, the GMP Performance logo and a sponsor logo area. Designs are due by April 10th, 2009 and the winner's design will be featured on the shirt with the designers signature and will receive $50 gift certificate.
