Skinny-Dip Results Are In
|
The AANR
count for The AANR World Record Skinny-Dip was announced at last week's AANR
Convention at Oaklake Trails. The final results? 13, 648 people simultaneously
skinny-dipped across North America
on July 11 as the grand finale to Nude Recreation Week.
Congratulations to the winner of our
Skinny-Dip T-shirt contest, Bob Williams, who is a member of White Tail Resort in Virginia, and guessed 13,551 people would
skinny-dip for the Guinness World Records event.
Thanks
to all who participated and to those who were there in spirit. We're
hoping for an even bigger number next year, so stay tuned for updates as the countdown to next year's event begins.

Like A Nude Facebook

The
popularity of social networking sites such as MySpace, Facebook and Twitter continues
to grow and is a great way to connect with friends, groups and meet new people.
The users of these sites are diverse with a variety of interests but what if
there was a website strictly devoted to nudists where they could connect with

Spence, also an AANR Club Trustee, says Nudist Clubhouse differs from the big
social networking sites because nude photos are allowed. Spence is also founder

US Air Partners With Club Orient

Beginning
this week Club Orient, an AANR participating business, will be the first nudist resort
to be a recommended resort on a major airline's website. Those who book
reservations with US Air will receive an e-mail with recommended hotels,
restaurants and attractions. Club Orient will be featured both as a destination
resort by the airline as well as directly linked from the US Air site to Club
Orient's website.

Alicia Silverstone Gardens Naked
|
 Actress Alicia Silverstone says Woody Harrelson inspired her to become a nudist. Best known as the star of the movie Clueless, Silverstone says she went au naturel for the first time while gardening, then would cool off in the pool. "I always get in the pool naked," she said in an interview.
