Take Off With A Theme Cruise

 A recent article in The Washington Post reports that themed cruises account for 15 percent of all sailings. With options that range from Star Trek cruises to Harley cruises to our favorite, nude cruises, there is a vacation to suit everyone's taste.
Bare Necessities Tour & Travel, an AANR affiliated club based in Austin, Texas, might have just been one of the first theme cruisers. According to owner Nancy Tiemann, who is quoted in the article, theme cruising is about the freedom to be oneself without retribution. This month, over 2,000 Bare Necessities clients will set sail aboard the Carnival Legend for a seven-night cruise.

The Key To Self-Esteem

Laure Redmond, a self-esteem coach who once hated her body, says that "being comfortable naked is the ultimate expression of self-confidence" in an interview on Oprah.com and posted on CNN.com. For years Redmond hated her body and her goal for helping women overcome their body issues is evident in the title of her book, Feel Good Naked. According to Redmond, "If you're okay with being nude, you can take yourself anywhere in the world."
