Skinny-Dipping A Legal Right in Denmark
The Eastern High Court of Denmark has confirmed a previous decision by the lower courts that skinny-dipping is a legal right. Kate Winslet On Nudity And Body Image
Kate Winslet appears nude in the December issue of Vanity Fair. But don't write the Rubenesque actress off as just another starlet appearing nude in a national magazine. Best known for her role in Titanic, the five-time Academy Award nominated actress has zero tolerance for the size-0 unreality of Hollywood beauty. Realizing she is a role model to young girls, Winslet sued a weekly British magazine that called her a dieter and reported that she visited a diet doctor when her weight became a topic of discussion in her native country. In 2007, after the film Little Children, Winslet discussed her weight and post-pregnancy stretch marks in various interviews. Friend Halle Berry says Winslet is "always naked...running buck free. I want to be the kind of actress who can really be comfortable with my body like that."

Pumpkin Runners Face Serious Charges
Twelve runners who ran nude through the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, Colorado, on Halloween wearing nothing but pumpkins on their heads will have to register as sex offenders if they are convicted of indecent exposure. In its 10th year, this year's run included over 100 people, beginning with laughter, beer, and pumpkin carving and ending with 12 streakers being issued citations. Indecent exposure is considered a Class 1 misdemeanor, the most serious level of misdemeanor, just short of a felony. Any adult convicted of indecent exposure must register as a sex offender.
