This weekend is Labor Day Weekend - the national celebration of American workers who have helped to contribute to the strength of our country.
We at Club Nautique are lucky enough to have a job that brings so much to so many. Mixing work and pleasure is easy when your job involves teaching people to learn how to sail and sending them out on charters! Thanks to all of you, our job is rather enjoyable!

LEUKEMIA LYMPHOMA COMMUNITY DAYS
Club Nautique has been a proud supporter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Leukemia Cup Regatta since its creation in 2006. Please help us in supporting their fundraising efforts for another successful year.  The winning crew of Hoista Few from 2006 posing with celebrity spokesman, Gary Jobson West Marine Community Days are coming up! This is a perfect opportunity to support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and gear up for summer sailing and The Leukemia Cup Regatta. West Marine is a National Sponsor of The Leukemia Cup Regatta. To support West Marine's fundraising efforts, please shop on their Community Days, when 5% of your purchases will support blood cancer research. On this day you can get information about The Leukemia Cup Regatta, register for race weekend events, learn about the LLS Mission and stock up on all of your sailing needs. distance, enjoy a nice meal at a restaurant. This week's winner will
name the most "culinary locations" within a day sail from either of our
locations. A "culinary location" is a destination where you can dock
your boat and reach a restaurant within walking distance - considering
the average, healthy adult walks about 4mph, let's say that "walking
distance" is roughly a mile, or a fifteen minute walk.
