REALTOR® Magazine is seeking nominations for the 13th annual Good Neighbor Awards. The program recognizes REALTORS® who've made an extraordinary commitment to community service.
Five winners will be announced in the November/December issue of REALTOR® Magazine and at the 2012 REALTORS® Conference & Expo in Orlando. The winners will receive a $10,000 grant for their community cause, national publicity, travel expenses to the convention and a crystal trophy. Five honorable mentions will each receive $2,500 grants.

Make a Difference with Heartland Habitat for Humanity

Please join us for our third annual KCRAR REALTORS® Make a Difference! community service project with Heartland Habitat for Humanity! We have partnered with Heartland Habitat for Humanity on an exclusive week-long REALTOR® build from Tuesday, May 15 through Friday, May 18.

Fifth Annual Community Shred Event

Mark your calendar today for the fifth annual free Community Shredding event on Thursday, May 24, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the KCRAR parking lot (11150 Overbrook Road, Leawood, KS 66211). You're invited to use this opportunity, hosted by KCRAR and PROSHRED®, to clean out and dispose of documents in a secure, environmentally-conscious way.
Shredding documents helps combat identity theft, conserve the environment (100% of all shredded documents are recycled) and safety destroy confidential documents on-site. (FYI: No need to remove paperclips, staples, hanging file folders, etc.)
