Mission: Leading Change with Passion and Success
|
We are excited for the The Summit, KCRAR's Conference & Expo coming up on April 12. The Summit is a fresh take on the former REALTORŪ Resource Rally - designed to deliver a new level of value through a strong line-up of dynamic speakers and 100 exhibitors providing valuable resources to help you take your business to the next level in 2012.
This year's keynote speaker is Joel Zeff, a sought-after national speaker who uses improvisational comedy to present essential ideas on work and life. Here's a preview of what he'll be discussing with us:
"Change happens. We can either be open and flexible to it or let it steamroll us. Too many of our daily problems are not worth getting worked up about, but we react to these small events, and it impacts us negatively. We don't always have control over our changing circumstances, but we do control our reactions. There's only one reaction that's not acceptable: quitting. You can't quit. You may have to communicate your needs; you may have to try something new. But you can't give up. Joel's presentation reinforces this message through his dynamic interactive skits." Go here for more information on The Summit, including a complete schedule of events. We'll see you April 12!
