Home prices nationwide dropped nearly 5 percent last year, but if you exclude distressed sales, prices dropped only by 0.9 percent, a new study from CoreLogic finds.

Fingerprinting sessions at the KCRAR offices - for Missouri license renewal

If you are licensed in Missouri, please note that prior to the next renewal you'll need to have your fingerprints on file with the Missouri Real Estate Commission. We have arranged for the statewide vendor, L-1 Enrollment Services, to be on site at the KCRAR offices (11150 Overbrook Road, Suite 100, Leawood, KS 66211) for three dates in February and March.
If you haven't already gotten your fingerprints on file with the Missouri Real Estate Commission, take advantage of a convenient location and satisfy your renewal requirement in just 10 minutes!
Fingerprinting appointments are still available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 27 and Monday, March 12. All appointments will take place in the KCRAR boardroom. Please note that you must sign up online directly with L-1 in order to make your appointment - you will not be able to register with KCRAR. eKEY currently incompatible w/ BlackBerry OS 7.1

A small percentage of Supra keyholders have reported that eKEY is incompatible with version 7.1 of BlackBerry's operating system. Supra is working to correct this issue and will release an eKEY upgrade as soon as we are able. Until that time, they recommend that eKEY customers do not upgrade their BlackBerry to version 7.1.
In addition, they recommend that eKEY customers should delay obtaining a new Blackberry device if it runs version 7.1. Blackberry devices that may run version 7.1 include:
- BlackBerry Bold 9790/9900/9930
- BlackBerry Curve 9350/9360/9370/9380, and
- BlackBerry Torch 9810/9850/9860
