The New 2012 Forms        
The 2012 KCRAR Standard Contracts and Disclosure Forms were released Dec. 15. The forms have undergone significant changes this year, so please be sure to check out this page for all of the updates and resources, including training videos courtesy of the Forms Committee.

A final overview session covering all major Forms changes will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 13 in the KCRAR classroom. The session is open to all KCRAR REALTORŪ Members.

Residential Financial Analysis

This course provides investment analysis skills to residential practitioners and an opportunity for new commercial agents to enhance their basic financial analysis skills.

 

Through interactive use of custom Excel spreadsheets, the hands-on workshop walks you through time value of money (TVM) concepts and the measures of investment performance regularly used to analyze investment properties. The course also displays the impact of leverage on an investment and concludes with a case study involving a couple looking to purchase a single-family home as a rental property.

Fingerprinting Sessions for Missouri License Renewal        

If you are licensed in Missouri, please note that prior to the next renewal you'll need to have your fingerprints on file with the Missouri Real Estate Commission. We have arranged for the statewide vendor, L-1 Enrollment Services, to be on site at the KCRAR offices (11150 Overbrook Road, Suite 100, Leawood, KS 66211) for three dates in February and March.  

 

If you haven't already gotten your fingerprints on file with the Missouri Real Estate Commission, take advantage of a convenient location and satisfy your renewal requirement in just 10 minutes!

 

Fingerprinting appointments are available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 6; Monday, Feb. 27; and Monday, March 12. All appointments will take place in the KCRAR conference room. Please note that you must sign up online directly with L-1 in order to make your appointment - you will not be able to register with KCRAR.
