Thanks to all who attended the 2012 RCA-KC Commercial Real Estate Forecast on Thursday, Nov. 17.

More than 125 attendees gathered at the Indian Hills Country Club in Mission Hills, Kansas on November 17 for the 2012 RCA-KC Commercial Real Estate Forecast. The event was kicked off by Scott Klug, Regional Vice President with CoStar, with an insightful local market forecast. Keynote speaker, Dr. Mark G. Dotzour, Chief Economist & Director of Research for the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University, was back by popular demand offering another well-received summary of the national and international economic factors affecting the commercial real estate market.
