Important changes to your annual REALTORŪ dues billing
|
Please note that important changes have been made in the annual dues billing process this year. On Sept. 1, you received an invoice for your KCRAR 2012 local dues. On Oct. 1, you received another invoice for 2012 state and national Association dues combined. The two invoices were sent separately, one month apart, to allow more flexibility and payment options for you. Local KCRAR dues can be paid now or anytime on or before Dec. 15, 2011. State and national dues can also be paid at any time prior to the Dec. 15 deadline. Pay both now, or pay your local dues now and your state and national dues later - so long as both invoices are paid by Dec. 15. For more information, visit www.kcrar.com/annual-realtor-dues-billing.

Breakfast or lunch with Freddie Mac
|
Freddie Mac has donated a generous sum to KCRAR so you can learn about its current mortgage products available through its partner, TruHome Solutions (the mortgage arm of Community America Credit Union). Credit unions are an increasingly popular alternative to the usual mortgage sources and there are other benefits attached to credit unions, too. You need to know all this - for your clients and yourself! Come hear from the visiting experts at Freddie Mac and TruHome and we'll make sure you're well-informed and well-fed. How can you lose?
Two locations and two chances to register for this one-time-only Free Friday Focus Workshop on Friday, Nov. 4. Invest just 90 minutes to get smart! Go here for all the details or register now here.
