Today's Tools for Effective Listing & Selling

Summer might be officially over, but we've got some hot technology sessions coming up at KCRAR. Join us on Wednesday, Oct. 19 at the KCRAR offices for "Today's Tools for Effective Listing & Selling."

Most of the classes will run 50 minutes with 10-minute breaks in between, with a couple exceptions. This free event is hosted by the Technology & Member Services Committee, and these "self-proclaimed dorks" are surefire experts.

Get all the details - including the schedule and class descriptions - here.

An In-Depth Look at RPR

After you're dizzy with technology tidbits from "Today's Tools for Effective Listing and Selling" on October 19, stick around for this special session from RPR's Senior Market Manager Ernie Bottom. You'll get an in-depth look at the tools and services available with the REALTORSŪ Property Resource.

Attend this RPR session (from 2 to 4 p.m. in the KCRAR classroom) to learn more about REALTORŪ-only property-centric searching tools; REALTORŪ Valuation Model (RVM) and Automated Valuation Model (AVM); comprehensive buyer/seller customized reports; how RPR is different than the MLS or other public records systems; and exciting new programs under development, including the Broker Tool Set.

Unlike the morning event, registration is required at www.kcrar.com (under Heartland MLS). For questions, contact Patti Dauer at pattid@kcrar.com or 913-266-5938.
