Joplin REALTORŪ Relief Auction this Thursday
|
As part of our overall relief efforts in response to the May 22 Joplin tornado, we're excited to tell you that the RPAC Auction hosted by the Show Me Region at Benjamin Ranch this Thursday, June 9 is now a REALTORŪ Relief Auction that will benefit our REALTORŪ families affected by the Joplin disaster.
The KCRAR volunteers involved in planning the Auction felt strongly that we should direct those funds to Joplin tornado relief efforts, rather than RPAC as originally intended. For those of you who would like another opportunity to either donate or purchase an item to benefit the REALTORSŪ Political Action Committee, we encourage you to do so at the fourth and final RPAC Auction of the year on Thursday, July 21 at the Overland Park Marriott. Additional details on that event will be coming soon.
Join us at Benjamin Ranch (6401 E. 87th St., Kansas City, MO) for dinner and the silent auction at 6 p.m. The live auction will follow at 7:30 p.m. Please RSPV to attend - just login here to register for the event - or use this printable registration form and fax it to 913-498-1110.
We're still accepting auction items! We are looking for gift baskets, gift certificates, event tickets, or even cash donations to purchase an item. We suggest that the items be new and have a minimum value of $25. If you are interested in donating an item or service to one of our auctions, download this donation form or contact Cristalle Bozarth at 913-266-5908 or cristalleb@kcrar.com.
