We are asking everyone to bring a
covered vegetable or dessert. So we need chips, vegetables,
greens, whatever your specialty! We will provide MEAT and DRINKS! (and all plates/utensils)

Everyone is asked to participate and help us celebrate our wonderful country!

This is an extremely popular meeting format! At our last 'Open Mic Night' we had vendors, members and visitors all asking questions. This is your chance not only to network with everyone but to get REAL, LOCAL answers to your questions!
Networking with members will start at 6PM. The formal meeting time will run from 7PM up to 9PM with breaks to talk with everyone!
Plan to attend and bring your questions.
Subjects of discussion might include:
Finding properties, insuring properties, rehabbing properties, finding money to buy,finding buyers, renting and landlording, flipping homes, owner finance, using your
IRAs to buy and sell, selecting vendors,local vendors, due diligence, technology, mobile homes and much much more!
