Francis Kok is an active real estate investor and mentor. He specializes in cash flow and steady income producing investments. He possesses real estate properties and Tax Certificates that pay  interest on a regular basis. Francis has a real license in both Florida and Alabama. He is also a member of Tallahassee Board of Realtors and National REIA. Francis will discuss "How to Make Stable Income Through Tax Liens/Certificates" at our April meeting. Guests may attend for a $20 guest fee, and receive a $20.00 credit toward your Full Membership dues (up to $40), which must be used with in 60 days of visit. Members attend for free.
