Directions

From Highway 20, go east past GA Highlands College and pass under I-75. At the Wendy's corner, turn right onto Highway 20 Spur. Follow that road 3 miles, then turn left onto Bartow Beach Road. Approximately 1 ½ miles there will be a 10 mph speed bump at the fork where the Park Superintendent's Office is. Take the left fork about 2/10 mile straight into Bartow Gatewood Park. There is parking on your left just before the park grounds.

Coming north on Highway 41 from Cartersville, turn right on Center Road (by Action Rental). This road winds around for just under 3 miles and comes to a stop at 20 Spur. There is a Center Street Bait Shop on the corner. Turn right at that intersection. Follow 20 Spur until you see Bartow Beach Road on your left. Follow Bartow Beach Road 1 ½ miles to the 10 mph speed bump at the Park Superintendent's Office. Take the left fork straight into Bartow Gatewood Park.

Coming from north I-75, take exit #290 and turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp. Turn right again at the first light which is Spur 20. Wendy's will be on your right at that corner. Follow Spur 20 3 miles to Bartow Beach Road. Turn left and go 1 ½ miles to the Superintendent's office and take the left fork there which leads straight into the park. There is parking on your left just before the park grounds.
