 President Obama, making sure to keep his constituencies happy, has extended benefits to same-sex partners of federal employees.

The War on Terror is over, replaced by an overseas contingency operation. There will never be another terrorist attack, only man-made disasters (unless a Christian or Fox News watcher blows something up). Global warming has been replaced by climate change. Government no longer spends our tax money recklessly, it makes long-term investments. Re-branding madness has consumed Washington, so says Judson Berger.
 
A federal judge has ruled that an ICE raid that nabbed illegals was unconstitutional so the illegals can't be deported. Riddle me this, Batman...how can illegal aliens have constitutional rights when those rights are reserved for U.S. citizens?
 
So much for ending the Bush administration's "culture of secrecy"...the White House moved to restrict criticism of the "stimulus" package. Curse those pesky 1st Amendment rights...so inconvenient.
 
The 2nd Amendment isn't looked on very fondly by this administration either. Can it use a U.N. treaty to disarm Americans in the name of protecting children? Luckily terrorists will be required to have Miranda rights read to them after they try to kill us, and will get to be tried in U.S. courts.
