It features the Nov. 8 CG Chair Lecture and the 2009 Conference on Globalization for the Common Good. Lincoln Museum Trip • October 2008 This was an email reminder of the October 11-12 CG overnight trip to Springfield, IL, to visit the Abraham Lincoln Museum and other sites. It contains photos of the museum, Lincoln's home and tomb, and the Old State Capitol building. Resend of CG September 2008 This email corrected the date of the Saturday, September 27 Special Event, "Women and the Spirit". CG September 2008 This email, first sent on Monday, September 15, includes information about the Common Ground Chairs program, the new Membership card, the upcoming Chicago 2009 conference on Globalization for the Common Good, and a list of September and early October classes and programs. NOTE that it contains one error. The Special Event, "Women and the Spirit" (Georgene Wilson & Madeleine Van Hecke) will take place on Saturday, September 27, NOT Sept. 28.
