Greetings!
"In today's dynamic workplace, a company's success depends upon everyone at every level in the organization being "change capable - the ability to become good at, comfortable with and even excited by constant, rapid change." (Achieve Global MO1182 Achieving Success by Activating Change February 2008)
If your organization has been faced with restructuring, downsizing/changing job roles, strategic shifts, business process redesign or technology upgrades, learning more about strategies to create a "change capable" workforce will enable your organization to thrive in an environment where change is the new normal. |

| Change is a Given: Now What?
According to a recent Achieve Global survey of over 400 change leaders from a cross section of industries, more than 50% agreed that the ability to change is an organization's main competitive advantage.
The consensus of these leaders is that "real change takes more than a process or a series of projects." It involves everyone in the organization from the C suite to the shop floor." Making employees aware of what's going on in the business, focusing on the supporters as opposed to the few dissenters, keeping the lines of communication open, and asking for feedback are all practices that will enable change capability.
Most change initiatives today reach and overlap into many areas of an organization's daily operation. To be successful, organizations need to possess change management strategies.

Change Management Strategies
Change Management is designed to promote a positive response to organization and culture change, contributing to a positive and optimistic working environment. Training can be tailored toward the leaders in the organization on non-managers. Several versions of this training are available and can be customized based on the intended audience and your organization's requirements.
- Leaders learn how to introduce a change initiative, lead discussions with employees to explore how best to implement the changes, and learn now to help others overcome their resistance to change. This should minimize the negative effects of change on morale, processes, and productivity.
- Individual participants explore ways to keep moving forward during a period of change. They learn about change in efficient and productive ways and understand how their approach to change management influences others, resulting in a increase in both their own and their organization's effectiveness.
