Training Magazine's 2006 Industry Report highlights
results from smaller companies. The learning
investment profile looks like this: $1,273 training
expenditure per employee...up from $1,190 in 2005:
an increase of 7%29% of learning delivered
in 2006 was technology-based44% of
organizations report using external instructors to
deliver at least some of their training
