The purpose of this program is to provide non- Spanish-speaking construction site supervisors with specific Spanish language skills so that you will be able to effectively manage your Spanish-speaking employees and clients with routine employment, medical, and safety issues, as well as construction commands--thereby promoting better employer/employee relations, a more efficient and safe workplace, and quality workmanship.

We can provide training to your employees either on- site or at a local CPCC campus at a time that is least disruptive to your business operation. Command Spanish classes can be run with a minimum of 8 trainees and we will work with you to determine the most pertinent words & phrases to be taught during the course.
