The Edge is a weekly media scan that is distributed by the Iowa Substance Abuse Information Center (ISAIC).  Our goal is to share relevant information about substance abuse, problem gambling and associated mental health issues with professionals in Iowa.

If you have articles of value that you'd like to share with others across the state, or feedback regarding the content, format, or method of distribution, please email them to Emily at the address below.

 New ISAIC Website to Launch!
The new ISAIC website has launched!  We've worked hard to make it visually appealing and user-friendly.  Access to our ISAIC Store for pamphlets, online reservation system for media items, and information specific to professionals are easy to access at the click of a button.  We have rolled our Recovery Iowa website into our redesigned site.  The web address for all ISAIC information remains the same at www.drugfreeinfo.org

ISAIC also has a mobile site that you can access from your smart phone.  Just go to the website from your phone and see the mobile version!

As you explore the site, please provide any comments or suggestions you have to me directly at blommee@crlibrary.org

Thank you!
