Ohio about to join long list of states with casinos

The number of states with casinos is inching closer to the number of states running lotteries. Ohio is set to become the 39th state with casinos this spring. There are 43 states that offer lottery games.

  

New Technologies Set to Fuel Growth of Global Gaming Industry, contend Gamingclub.com  New technologies are set to fuel a expansion of a tellurian gaming
industry, contend Gamingclub.com.  The online casino and online slots site reports that
online gaming is now one of a fastest flourishing sectors of a gambling industry, accounting for approximately $30 billion of a estimated $1 trillion value of a tellurian gambling marketplace as a whole.

 

Casinos offer helping hand to compulsive gamblers   While most casinos have adopted some form of responsible gambling policy, it can be a delicate balance in an industry whose very business model relies on gamblers risking and losing money.

 

WinnaVegas Casino Will Keep Duck Boats For Now   Now the casino is surrounded by dry land and cars have replaced the duck boats and army trucks. And since the duck boats cost about $175,000 a pop, you would think the casino would want to sell them and get some of that money back. Well surprisingly, that's not the plan.
