About the program:
The IKE Disaster Recovery Housing Repair/Rehabilitation and Reconstruction ("IKE - HRR") Program is a competitive program offered by DCEO to assist homeowners who sustained significant damage from flooding that occurred during the declared 2008 disaster.
Local governments are the only eligible applicants for this program. While local governments can apply on behalf of their community, they will not be responsible for administering the program. DCEO has a consulting team that will manage the program in each selected community. Pre-applications are due by February 6, 2012.
