Greetings!

Things are moving quickly at Fox Fitness.  You may see more newsletters than usual.  Take a quick peruse and take what you need because the last thing I want to do is send too many newsletters, but it's the only way to get out the ever-changing info.

Many of you have been asking about nutrition and supplementation so, I have decided to dedicate an area of a newsletter to great dishes that will give your body the sustainable energy it needs as well as supplementation education.  To get the recipe for this salad, simply click the pic for the link.  You'll find other great recipes as well as Take Charge Nutrition.  I will post recipes this group makes and when we have enough for a book, you will have a chance at winning some copies.  If you have a recipe that works for you and your family, please share it.

We have been doing these things for a few weeks now and some of you want to know what and why.  And you should.  Here is a link to FAQ regarding Zhealth.  Mind this is a site for trainers, but to understand the link between ankle tilts and hip health and neurotransmitters, just glance at some of the questions and you can understand why the speed at which our body transmits messages clearly relates to the speed of recovery.  I am hearing from several of you there is a difference.  My mother says her hands and knees don't hurt.  They were ready to cut her thumb to release her "trigger" finger.  Now she has placed it on hold to see what happens.  3 times a day to see a difference quickly.  We will learn more ways to speed up our transmitting system.  
Local Walks

In the left-hand column, you will see links to the walks Fox Fitness clients will be participating in.  The earliest is the Walk to stop Melanoma.  Patti Erickson lost a friend to this.  It is in May. 

The Susan G. Komen fundraising info is for all of us.  Please run it off and if you can run in your place of business please do.  To register as a team we need $2000.  Then I can register us as Foxes For Ta-Tas and we have a team.  Let me know if you are interested in helping fundraise and if you can walk.

The next walk is for brain cancer.  A client in Lee's Summit lost her husband and daughter to this horrible brain cancer.  They are team Jeff and Maddie.  Register first, then you can sign on under the team name.  Please support each other.

FOX of the Month:

Patti Erickson:  she didn't know it until now.  Patti and I went to high school together and she has just recently join the Fox ranks.  We will be getting know her and the business she is in.  Because she is Fox of the Month, she gets to help focus the workouts, so Patti be thinking what areas of your body you want to work on this month.  Extras will be added to everyone so we can share the joy!!!  Please don't be mad at Patti, she did not know the honor that came with this!!!
