Every Saturday at 9:00 am Fox Fitness holds camp. Bootcamp to change your body. In honor of Valentine's Day, Saturday, February 11 is Partner Bootcamp. Everything will be done in pairs. So grab your spouse, grab your child, grab your neighbor, grab someone and reserve your spot now. Space is limited to 12 so don't wait. $15 pp

Fox Fitness
Is about to begin taping!!! That's right, Fox Fitness will be bringing workouts to a computer near you. How would you like to be a part of the filming? Workout for free and be a mentor to those at home. First practice will be Sunday, February 5th at 1:00 pm. We will rehearse for the first 3 days of programming. 10409 Marty.
