A Sufficient, Sustainable Drilling Tax
 On November 2, the Pennsylvania House Finance Committee approved a bill (HB 1950) that would enact a 1% gas drilling impact fee, while simultaneously stripping local communities of their ability to regulate where and when drilling takes place.
