PA COMPACT Seeks to Shape Immigration Debate as Anti-Immigrant Bills Are Considered

 LAMPa is reconfiguring staff to better engage Lutherans in public policy and social justice. Pastor Paul Lubold, a long-time LAMPa advocate, will begin a half-time call on May 1 in the western part of the state. Read more here.

Day of Prayer for Hunger Free Communities Signals New Partnerships in Combating Hunger

This interfaith prayer breakfast supported the work of anti-hunger organizations with prayer and pledged faith community collaboration in ongoing work.  It included Congressman Chaka Fattah, Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter and interfaith leaders.
