Meet Our Newest Member!
Michael has been steeped in music for as long as he can remember, starting with piano at 7 and drums at 10. That escalated into marching band, pep band, drum line, concert band, and jazz band in high school, but it wasn't until his freshman year at the University of Mizzou that he learned the joys of choral singing. Now that he sells choir music full-time for Christian label/publisher Word Music, it just comes second nature. Michael also has a long history of praise band participation, and serves in a number of different ministries and service projects for Crosspoint Church. He is a recent magna cum laude graduate of Belmont University's Music Business program, and, on the more extreme side of singing, is also the front man for a Nashville progressive metal group called Invicta. A typical evening will find Michael glued to his computer, or singing in some form or fashion.
