ICCA South Semifinal @ Vanderbilt University
Join us March 17 at 7:00pm

ICCA PIC
Martha Rivers Ingram Center for the Performing Arts
2400 Blakemore Ave - Nashville, TN 37212

ICCA, The International Championship of A Cappella is the only international tournament that showcases the art of student a cappella singing. Programs include both the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA) and the International Championship of High School A Cappella (ICHSA), and both are dedicated to providing top-notch collegiate a cappella groups with valuable feedback from our highly qualified judges. Young vocalists also have the opportunity to showcase their talent to an international audience and develop relationships with each other, cultivating the art of a cappella singing and a lifelong love of music.

Each year, the tournament takes place from January through April in six regions: West, Midwest, South, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Europe. Each region holds several quarterfinal events. The top two college groups at each quarterfinal advance to college semifinals, and the top high school group advances to high school semifinals. The winner of each semifinal is invited to participate in finals, held in the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, where they compete for cash prizes and the coveted title of Grand Champion.

The competitors at this event will include:
  • AcaBelles- Florida State University
  • Acappology- North Carolina State University
  • Accidentals- University of Georgia
  • Faux Paz- University of Maryland
  • Melodores- Vanderbilt University
  • Reverb- Florida State University
...and the top two groups from the last upcoming ICCA South Quarterfinal event.

Nashville Singers will be presenting a 30-minute performance to an expected audience of 600 people while the judges tabulate the scores.
