11 Easy Ways You Can Provide Support to
Nashville Singers

1. Volunteer - People of all ages and backgrounds are needed. You can contribute your time and talent in many ways, including: serving as an usher for concerts, special events, social activities, concert production, public relations, marketing, fundraising, general assistance/office. Some jobs take a couple of hours each week, and others a couple of hours a month. Some have specific deadlines and others are ongoing. We'll find the job to match your skills and the time you have to give.

2. Buy our CD and/or Logo Merchandise - Whether it is for you or a gift for a friends, loved one or family members, revenue from the sale of our merchandise plays a vital role in subsidizing our chorus operations.

3. Attend our Concerts - If you've purchased tickets to attend this year's concert on November 19, you're already helping to make a difference. We appreciate your support.

4. Participate in our Silent Auction - Whether you donate a product or service or end up with a winning bid, you'll be making a difference. Our first auction is taking place the night of our concert from 6:00pm through the end of the intermission. Winning bids will be announced at the cast party after the concert.

5. Advertise Your Business - Many opportunities exist to promote your business via the 30,000 electronic newsletters we distribute each year, on our website which attracts 6000 visitors annually, or in our concert program or annual report.

6. Hire Nashville Singers to Perform at Your Next Special Event - Fees earned from performances covered 12% of our budget last year. Providing wholesome, family-friendly entertainment is at the heart of what we do.

7. Sponsor an Event or Needy School - Bring greater awareness to your business, align your brand with a good cause.

8. Make an In-Kind Donation - In-kind donations in 2010 reduced our operating expenses last year by $4600. A wish list of products and services we are seeking can be found on our website.

9. Make a Donation - An anonymous donation in last year almost covered the cost of our first audio CD. We have recorded six songs so far but have much more music available for inclusion in future projects.  It's quick and easy to do. You can donate to Nashville Singers on the home page of our website with a credit card or through our Facebook Cause page.

10. Participate in our Annual Giving Program - Individual or annual gifts can be made in honor of or in memory of individuals. An acknowledgement notice can be sent to the individual or the family.

11. Legacy Gifts - Consider including Nashville Singers, Inc. in your will or estate plan.
