Park ing Options for November 20 Concerts
With the Saturday night concert a SELL-OUT, parking at Whitworth Memorial Baptist Church will be very tight.
Should the parking lot fill up, we have made alternative parking arrangements at the business park located at the lighted intersection of Elm Hill Pike and McCrory Creek Road. The address is 2931 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN 37214). Signs will be posted. The anchor business there is CUMMINS FILTRATION.
Nashville Singers will have shuttle service available to get you from this location to the church and return you to the lot at the conclusion of the concerts. Please allow adequate time for parking.
Because of space considerations, and to provide easier access for our older patrons, entrance to the church for this concert will be limited to the rear doors to the fellowship hall at the rear of the church. Upon entering the rear of the church, attendees will check in at the "will call" ticket registration table. When that quick process is complete, attendees can take the elevator or the stairs up one level to the sanctuary. Attendees are encouraged to exit the church using this same route as the cast party is being held in the fellowwship hall, plus the shuttle bus to satellite parking will be picking up passengers at the rear doors of the fellowship hall. |

Nominations from the floor are permitted but no nominations should be made without prior consultation and approval from the nominee. In addition, the membership will be asked to consider some modifications to our governance and management structure to better position the organization for success in the coming years. The rationale behind these proposed modifications was presented at the November 11 meeting.

Member Reminders

Bring a check to Paul Gentry for any alterations performed on your new black blazer or khaki pants. All altered blazers or slacks were handed out at the November 11 FiftyForward gig or Thursday night's rehearsal;
Bring a check to Paul Gentry for any paper concert or cast party tickets sold to either concert;
Return any completed 360 Degree leadership surveys to Ric Domenico;
Spend some quality time on The Secret of Christmas and Caroling, Caroling;
Plan on making three costume changes at the dress rehearsal on November 18;
If you have any speaking parts assigned during the concerts, plan on having them committed to memory before the November 18 dress rehearsal.

As a courtesy to our patrons, do not plan on parking in the church parking lot the day of the concerts. Members will need to park their cars in the parking lot of the Harborview clubhouse located at 3450 Harborwood Circle. The shuttle will get us from that location to the church.
As Carl Diebold is capturing high-definition video footage of our concerts in 16x9 format, it's critical that we not only sing at the top of our game, but that we LOOK GREAT!
