2012 Express and Customized Solutions Year-End Target Dates for Application and IR Submittal
Due to the year-end rush, it is anticipated that application processing times will increase for Express and Customized Solutions projects, with the longest processing times expected for multi-site projects. For a higher probability of having applications processed by December 31, 2012, customers are encouraged to submit complete applications, installation reports (IR), and all supporting documents (e.g., paid/itemized invoice, specs) by the following target dates (SCE date stamped and postmarked):
- October 8, 2012 - Multi-site projects
- October 11, 2012 - Single-site projects
Note: Please do not submit IRs through the Online Application Tool, which is for new applications only.
All efforts will be made to continue processing applications submitted after these target dates.

Critical On-Bill Financing Update
Effective today, September 7, 2012, at 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), the On-Bill Financing (OBF) program will no longer accept new OBF applications from Commercial, Industrial, and Agricultural (CIA) customers and non-partner Government & Institutional (G&I) customers. The program is fully subscribed to CIA and non-partner G&I customers. Please note that SCE Partnership customers may still apply for OBF.
No waitlist will be maintained. In 2013, the OBF program is anticipated to reopen to all business customers. |
