On-Bill Financing (OBF) offering resumed accepting applications for new energy efficiency projects effective Monday, July 16, 2012. The offering provides $31 million in funding, with $15 million of it reserved for SCE's Local Governmental & Institutional (G&I) Partnership customers, and $16 million for Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural and non-partner G&I customers.

OBF funding is available on a "first approved - first served" basis. An OBF application gets approved upon PA approval [Customized] or when the IR Letter is sent out [Express]. A quality application is one that is complete with eligible solutions and all required information and documentation.

Submit your application through the Energy Management Online Application Tool or the PDF application form now available on SCE's OBF webpage. Note the application form has been revised for this re-opening. The old, previously used application form is not valid during the re-opening.
