Q3 Updates to the Incentives Application and Solutions Directory

Good news! The updated Energy Management Solutions (EMS) incentives application and Solutions Directory are available now on www.sce.com/solutions. Click on the "Incentives Application and Tools" button at the top right-hand corner of the web page to access the tools.

As a result of these new updates (outlined below), all incoming applications submitted as of November 18, 2011 must use the newly updated version. If an outdated version is submitted, the application will be considered incomplete and placed on hold. Three attempts will be made to contact you within 10 business days to obtain the missing information. If the information is not received within this timeframe, your application will be declined.

The Multiple Site/Multiple project worksheet and the Online Application Tool have also been revised accordingly. If you've saved an outdated version of the online application into your Library and attempt to submit it, additional fields will be introduced that you will be required to complete.

To help you walk through the updated Online Application Tool, we've updated the Online Application Tool's training webinar and handout. Click here to stream or here to download the webinar recording. Click here to download the handout.
