IMPORTANT! October 14, 2011
It is estimated complete Express Solutions and Customized Solutions applications submitted on or before October 14 (postmarked or SCE date stamped) will have the highest probabilities of getting through the entire processing cycle, including incentive payment authorization, by December 31, 2011.
A complete application is one that includes all required supporting documentation and a signed Authorized Participant Agreement. For Customized projects, it also means including the Installation Report (IR).
It is important to note, multi-site applications are experiencing the longest processing time. Submittal of these applications and IRs (if Customized) by October 14 is highly recommended.
Applications received after October 14 will be accepted for processing, but will have lower probabilities of getting through the entire processing cycle in 2011. A full effort is being made to process as many applications and IRs in 2011
