Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)

Q.      "I submitted all paperwork to SCE by the November 12 deadline for the limited increased incentives. Will my application still be eligible if there is missing information?"

A.      Should your application be incomplete, you and/or the SCE Account Executive/Manager will be contacted and asked to provide the missing information within 10 business days (the customer is contacted if neither of you can be reached). Failure to comply within the 10 business days or by the November 12 deadline will result in the application no longer being eligible for the increased incentives. The application will then be processed at the regular incentive rates.
