Use your judgment as to how often you run the same information in your bulletin. At least twice prior to an event is recommended. Perhaps you could use a calendar of future events in your bulletin and list it in a shortened form after the initial announcement has been made.

Fall Assembly Celebration

Mennonite Heritage Chorale, Men's Ensemble
On Sunday, October 7, 2012, Maple Grove Mennonite Church and Tel Hai Retirement Community are co-hosting The Mennonite Heritage Chorale Men's Ensemble. The service will begin at 7:00pm at Maple Grove Mennonite Church, 549 Swan Road, Atglen, PA. 19310. Childcare for preschoolers is offered; the service will be followed by refreshments provided by Tel Hai and served downstairs in the fellowship hall. Service of Remembrance
Tuesday, Oct. 16th at 7PM in the West Bethany Chapel at Landis Homes for those Landis Homes residents and Landis at Home clients who passed away between September 1, 2011 and August 31, 2012. Please remember the families and friends of these folks as they gather to mark the lives of those they loved.

ACC Mennonite Men Dinner
A special dinner open to men of Atlantic Coast Conference and the general public, hosted and sponsored by Mennonite Men US and Canada, is planned for Friday evening, October 26, 6:30 pm, at Garden Spot Village in New Holland. This event will be held at the same time as the Mennonite Women's annual fall banquet. Come enjoy an evening of food, fellowship, inspiration and information about Mennonite Men and its programs. Don Yoder, Executive Director of Mennonite Men, will be speaking. There will be no cost for the meal but an offering will be taken to support the work of Mennonite Men.
