Use your judgment as to how often you run the same information in your bulletin. At least twice prior to an event is recommended. Perhaps you could use a calendar of future events in your bulletin and list it in a shortened form after the initial announcement has been made.

Lancaster Mennonite School will hold a Fall Open House at the Lancaster Campus on Sunday, Oct. 14, for parents and students exploring Christian education at the elementary, middle and high school levels. The open house, which runs from 1-3 p.m., will include conversations with staff, scholarship information, Lancaster Campus tours and refreshments.
