Use your discretion and print only what will be valuable to your congregation. This information will be sent to you only once. Use your judgment as to how often you run the same information in your bulletin. At least twice prior to an event is recommended. Perhaps you could use a calendar of future events in your bulletin and list it in a shortened form after the initial announcement has been made.

Memory Loss & Dementia Caregivers Support

Caregivers for persons with memory loss and dementia are invited to a meeting Tuesday, September 25 at 7:00 PM in the Warwick Room at Landis Homes. Pharmacist Coleen Kayden, from Williams Apothecary, will be speaking.  The public is invited and respite care is provided on site with a 24-hour prior request.  For more information or to arrange respite care, call Landis Homes (717) 581-3939.  This group operates in partnership with the Greater Pennsylvania Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.

New Orleans Jazz in Germantown

Ed Wise and his New Orleans Jazz Band will perform swing-era favorites and vintage jazz from the 1920's and 30's for listening and dancing on Friday, September 28, 2012 at 21 West Washington Lane in Germantown (Philadelphia). Beginning swing dance lessons will be offered free with paid admission by members of the Philadelphia Swing Dance Society at 7:00 p.m. The live concert and dance will follow, from 8:00 until 11:00 p.m. Proceeds benefit Germantown Mennonite Historic Trust. General admission is $15 adult / $10 student with ID; advance sponsor tickets are $20 / person and guarantee table seating.
