Use your discretion and print only what will be valuable to your congregation. This information will be sent to you only once. Use your judgment as to how often you run the same information in your bulletin. At least twice prior to an event is recommended. Perhaps you could use a calendar of future events in your bulletin and list it in a shortened form after the initial announcement has been made.

ACC 2011 Vision Dinner - Shaped to Share
September 13 - Shady Maple Banquet - 6:15 p.m Join us for an evening of inspiration, worship, and fantastic food at Shady Maple Banquets. Speakers Jason and Vonetta Storbakken are the founders of Radical Living, an Anabaptist Christian community in Brooklyn NY. Radical Living is one of ACC's most recently affiliating members. The theme will be "Shaped to Share" from Jeremiah 18. Proceeds raised at the vision dinner will help support ACC's church planting vision.
