Use your discretion and print only what will be valuable to your congregation. This information will be sent to you only once. Use your judgment as to how often you run the same information in your bulletin. At least twice prior to an event is recommended. Perhaps you could use a calendar of future events in your bulletin and list it in a shortened form after the initial announcement has been made.

ACC Fall Assembly Celebration
"Celebrating the Edge"

Join us for a day of fellowship, discernment, and resourcing. Delegates have been saying "lets hear from our young adults!" On October 23rd, at Forest Hills MC, young adults from across ACC will form a panel to discuss their perspective on key questions facing ACC and the broader church. The afternoon will feature breakout sessions on a variety of topics. We hope to see all of our delegates and pastors, and everyone else is welcome to attend. 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Registration & more info: atlanticcoastconference.net note: MCC Grocery Bags will be distributed to congregations at this time, the filled bags will be collected at the November 8 Vision Dinner.

ACC Mennonite Women Annual Dinner

Women of all ages, don't forget to register for this year's Atlantic Coast Conference Mennonite Women annual dinner to be held Friday, October 22, at Forest Hills Mennonite Church in Leola, PA.  Marlene Kaufman and Anne Kaufman Weaver will be speaking on "Later Life Transitions".  An offering will be taken to benefit Leola Homes of Hope, Transitional Housing of Leola.  A baked ziti and chicken dinner will be served at 6:30pm.   Reservations are due by Oct. 15 to Ruth Ann Martin, 336 Sun Valley Drive, Leola, PA  17540, (717) 656-8028.  Cost is $15.00 per person; checks should be made out to ACC Mennonite Women. 
ACC Vision Dinner 
 
Monday, November 8, 6:15 PM at Shady Maple Banquet Center, East Earl, PA. Jeff Wright, representing Urban Expression North America, will bring an inspiring message addressing sharing the Gospel from a missional Anabaptist perspective. Proceeds will be divided equally between church plant efforts affiliated with ACC and support of the ACC church plant coach and consultant position. Table sponsors underwriting cost of the dinner are welcome. You can register to attend the dinner or sign-up as a table sponsor ($250) at www.alanticcoastconference.net or phone (717) 394-8107.  
 
Anabaptism Today - Garden Spot Village
A seminar exploring the growing attention given to Anabaptists today, including how Anabaptism has grown and been applied in other countries, as well as what it means to be Anabaptist without its Germanic and Swiss cultural expressions in Lancaster County. GSV chapel - October 30, beginning with breakfast at 8:00 AM followed by the presentation by Dr. Paul Zehr, author and retired Lancaster Conference bishop. $5.00 registration, includes breakfast.  Information and registration at 355-6203 by October 20.
