What will you do
to raise awareness and support?

Join us for the Kick-Off!
We'll start the month in style at Colonie Center on Tuesday, September 4 for our Kick-Off Celebration, with special guest, WNYT NewsChannel13's Benita Zahn and the inaugural public performance of The Joytonesour chorus for individuals with early- to mid-stage memory loss and their singing care partners. Participate in a mini-WALK to END Alzheimer's around the Mall. Buy a bracelet from Boscov's to support the cause. Bring your change and drop it off at our table near the fountain, because all change donated to the fountain during the month of September is being donated to the Alzheimer's Association of NENY.

JOIN THE MOVEMENT. LEAD THE WAY.

Alzheimer's disease is the largest underfunded public health threat facing our nation today and it is growing at an epidemic rate.  Today, more than half of all Americans know someone with Alzheimer's.

That should make it easy for each of us to make a HUGE impact by starting a team for the Capital Region Walk to End Alzheimer's on Saturday, October 20.  Now is the time to recruit your team members and get them started on their fundraising.  Sign up as a team captain and ask friends, family and coworkers to join you.  Every team receives coaching and tools from the Alzheimer's Association to help meet fundraising and recruitment goals.
