Two Great Parties to EndAlz Scheduled
Mark Your Calendar Now!  Join the Planning Committees!
Alzheimer's Association of Northeastern New York is pleased to announce the scheduling of two great parties that will raise awareness and funding for the battle against Alzheimer's disease.  One is a brand new concept for us and the other is the return of a longtime favorite.
Clearchannel Radio's PYX106 will host the Run to Remember Poker Run on Saturday, May 6. Motorcyclists, classic car aficionados, cruisers and anybody else with a set of wheels is invited to join in the fun on what we hope becomes an annual outing.  PYX106's own Dr. John Cooper will start the run at DeeDee's Tavern in Latham with registration at 10 a.m.  Stops along the way will include The Mill in Round Lake, and we'll finish the run and compare hands at Saratoga Polo Association, where we'll also enjoy live entertainment by "Whatever!" and a spread by Old Daley Inn Catering.  Keep the day open and watch for more details.  Volunteers and planning committee members are needed.  Email Theresa Setzer or call her at 518.867.4999 x212 for more information.
The following month, we'll kick off the dust and put on the Ritz for the 12th Annual Gala Evening to End Alzheimer's.  This year's event will be held on Saturday, June 23 at the Hilton Garden Inn, Troy.  Entertainment will be provided by Electric City Horns!  Sponsors, honorary committee members, planning committee members and auction items are needed.  For more information, to volunteer or to make a donation, email or call Theresa Setzer.
