"Our daughter is fortunate to have
attended such a unique school as Heritage. Our family would like to thank
Heritage for providing a safe and loving home for her. I'm forever
grateful to each and every one of you for what you've done for my
daughter." --Mom

Advice from a Former Student
People often ask us how our students do after they leave Heritage. Some students stay in touch with their therapist or a favorite teacher, while others don't contact us for several years after leaving Heritage. When we do hear from these students, they are words of gratitude for the help they received while at Heritage. That is the case with Ilia Usharovich.Find out what Ilia said... |
Take a Bow!
This year's production of West Side Story was absolutely wonderful! We really appreciate everyone who came to see the show. The
smiles on people's faces and the tears in their eyes told us everything
we needed to know about whether or not they enjoyed the performances.
Putting on a Broadway style show in a treatment
center can be very complicated and it makes each stage performance even
more amazing. There were shy kids who
learned to be bold, loud kids who learned to be softer, angry kids who
learned to smile and have fun, and lonely kids who found friends. Lives
were changed during this process of staging a play, ours included.

Happy Birthday, Penny! In April, our filly, "Ella's Lucky Penny," or "Penny" for short, turned one
year old. Penny was the first foal to be born at Heritage. She has now shed her baby coat and is a beautiful Palomino
color. She is the pride and joy of our equestrian program and is doing great! |
